Shop-floor data capture on rugged devices
Standard consumer tablets and phones often do not survive shop-floor conditions — dust, moisture, drops — and touchscreen interfaces designed for careful taps do not work well with gloved hands or in bright, glare-heavy environments. We design data capture interfaces for rugged handheld devices with large touch targets and, where relevant, barcode or RFID scanning built in, rather than assuming the same interface that works in an office will work on a production line.
Batch and lot traceability
Manufacturers, particularly in regulated sectors like food, pharmaceuticals or automotive components, need to trace which batch of raw material went into which finished product lot, so a quality issue can be traced back to its source and forward to every affected unit. We build batch and lot tracking into the production data model from the start, since retrofitting traceability into a system that was not designed for it is a significantly harder problem than building it in from day one.
Machine and IoT data ingestion
Modern production equipment increasingly generates its own data — cycle times, temperature readings, error codes — and capturing this automatically is more reliable than manual logging by an operator. We build IoT data ingestion pipelines that pull directly from machine sensors or PLCs where the equipment supports it, feeding into the same system that tracks manual production data rather than existing as a separate, disconnected monitoring tool.
Integration with existing ERP or Tally
Very few manufacturing software projects start from zero — most plants already run some combination of Tally for accounting and spreadsheets or an existing ERP for production planning, and a new system needs to work with what exists rather than force a wholesale replacement on day one. We scope integration with your existing systems as a first-class requirement, often building a production or quality module that plugs into an existing Tally or ERP setup rather than proposing a full replacement unless that is genuinely warranted.
