Partner With Us

This page is for agency owners, not end clients: if you run a design, marketing or development agency and need overflow engineering capacity without your own client finding out the work is outsourced, this is the specific arrangement we offer. You keep the client relationship entirely; we become invisible infrastructure behind your brand.

Confidentiality is the default, not an add-on

Every partner engagement starts from the assumption that your client should never know Beacon exists. We do not put our branding on deliverables, we do not reach out to your client under any circumstance, and communication about the project happens entirely through you unless you explicitly want it otherwise. If a client-facing call is needed, we can join under your company name and a role your agency assigns us, with no mention of Beacon Coders in the conversation.

Working under your brand

Deliverables — code repositories, design files, documentation, even email signatures if a direct client touchpoint is required — carry your agency's branding, not ours. We follow your agency's existing client communication standards and tone, since the goal is for the work to feel like a natural extension of your own team, not a visibly different subcontractor.

The partner rate card

Partner rates are structured similarly to our standard hire developers pricing but adjusted for the specific dynamics of agency overflow work — typically project-based or retainer pricing depending on whether you need one-off capacity for a specific client engagement or ongoing support across your client roster. We provide a partner rate card during onboarding so you can price your own client work with a clear, predictable cost baseline, rather than negotiating project by project.

We never contact your client directly

This is a hard rule, not a preference: we do not reach out to your end client, respond to them directly if they contact us by mistake, or use their name or project in our own marketing without your explicit written permission. If a support issue requires direct client contact and you want us to have it, that access is granted explicitly per engagement, not assumed by default.

Frequently asked questions

What this arrangement typically covers

Agencies most often use this for WordPress development overflow capacity, additional engineering hands during a deadline crunch, and ongoing white-label development support for agencies that have taken on more development-dependent client work than their own team can absorb. The work itself follows the same quality standards as any Beacon project — the difference is entirely in branding and client-facing communication, not in how the work gets done.
