About Us
Beacon Coders is a web and software development company founded in 2016 in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. We build web platforms, mobile apps, custom software and AI-driven systems for clients in India, the UK, the UAE, Australia and Europe, and run the digital marketing programmes that get that work found. Our positioning line is engineering and growth teams for companies that ship — which is meant literally: the people who scope a project are the people who build it and the people who market it, not three separate departments a client is handed between.
How Beacon started
Beacon was founded by an engineer with eight years' experience building software for logistics and retail companies, who started the company after seeing the same pattern repeatedly: businesses paying agencies for software that technically worked but did not fit how the business actually operated, because the agency scoping the project had never had to live with the consequences of its own architecture decisions. Beacon was built around a different premise — build things we would be willing to run ourselves, and prove it by actually running some.
We build our own products before we sell you ours
That premise is not a slogan; it shows up concretely in the fact that Beacon runs three SaaS products of its own in production — a lead management tool, a CRM built specifically for construction firms, and an ecommerce platform. We have lived with the consequences of our own architecture decisions on these products for years, not weeks, which changes how we scope client work. It is the reason we will tell a client when a requested feature is not worth building yet, when an off-the-shelf tool would serve them better than a custom one, and when a budget is better spent on the second release than the first — because we have made the opposite mistake ourselves and watched what it costs six months later.
An in-house team, not a subcontracted one
Every engineer, designer and marketer working on a Beacon client project is a Beacon employee. We do not subcontract project work to freelancers or a separate outsourcing partner and present it as our own delivery, which matters specifically when something goes wrong mid-project and a client needs someone accountable in the room, not a chain of intermediaries to work through. If you are interested in joining that team, see our careers page for current openings. This also means the person who scoped your project during discovery is reachable throughout the build, not replaced by an account manager once the contract is signed.
International delivery from a Delhi NCR base
Beacon is based in Ghaziabad and delivers to clients across 12 countries, with working-hours overlap built around each market: 4.5 to 5.5 hours with the UK depending on daylight saving, close to a full working day with Dubai given the 1.5-hour difference, and a reliable three to four hour window with Australia despite the reverse time zone relationship. For NCR clients — Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon — that proximity means in-person kickoff and milestone meetings as standard; for clients further away, it means a working rhythm built around real overlap hours rather than an assumption that email will bridge the gap.
Who builds your project
We are direct that we do not yet have named team bios published on this site — that is coming as our public team page grows, and we would rather leave this section honest and in progress than publish placeholder names. What we can tell you now: the team includes engineers with deep experience in Laravel, Node.js, React and Flutter, a design team led by our head of design with a background in accessible interface design, and a marketing team that has run SEO and paid campaigns across India, the UK and the Gulf. You will meet the specific people on your project during the proposal stage, before you sign anything.
What we are still building toward
We are a growing company, not an established multinational, and we would rather be honest about that than inflate the picture. Our stated figures — projects delivered, countries served, years in business, client retention — are reviewed regularly and updated as they change; we do not publish a number we cannot stand behind if a prospective client asks us to substantiate it.
How we work
Every project runs through the same five stages regardless of which practice it falls under — discovery, design, build, test and harden, launch and support — detailed in full on our process page. Engagement models are fixed scope, dedicated team, or staff augmentation, described with real pricing ranges on our pricing page. If you run an agency and need overflow capacity under your own brand, see partner with us for how that arrangement works specifically.
What makes us different from a typical development agency
Three things, concretely. First, we run our own SaaS products in production, which means we scope client work with the benefit of having made — and fixed — our own architecture mistakes, not just theoretical best practice. Second, every engineer is an in-house employee, so there is no chain of subcontractors between you and the person actually writing your code, and no risk of a freelancer disappearing mid-project. Third, we treat the five-stage process described on our process page as non-negotiable regardless of practice, which means a client working with us on a website and a client working with us on an AI agent get the same discipline around discovery, testing, and published results, not a looser process because the category is newer.
Where we are headed
We are investing in named team profiles, a deeper published portfolio, and continued growth of our own SaaS products over the coming years, rather than treating the current state of this site as a finished picture. If something on this page looks incomplete — and some of it currently does, by design and by honesty rather than oversight — that reflects where we actually are as a still-growing company, not a placeholder we intend to leave indefinitely.
Get in touch
If you are evaluating Beacon for a project, the fastest way to get a real answer is to describe the problem you are trying to solve on our contact page — you will hear back from an engineer, not a sales sequence, within one working day.
