Pricing & Engagement Models
We offer three engagement models — fixed scope, dedicated team, and staff augmentation — and price every custom project against a real discovery process rather than a number quoted before we understand your requirements. What follows are the ranges and structures we work with; specific figures for a given service or solution are on that service's own page, pulled from the same pricing data we use internally, not a marketing estimate.
Fixed scope
Fixed scope suits a well-defined project with a clear feature list — you get a fixed price and a fixed timeline once discovery is complete. This is the right model for most MVPs, single-platform mobile apps, standard websites, and solutions with a known module set. The price is fixed against the scope agreed at the end of discovery; a change to that scope is priced and agreed separately before any extra work starts, not silently absorbed or silently charged.
Dedicated team
A dedicated team suits a project that will keep evolving after launch — you get a team that works exclusively on your product for as long as you need it, billed monthly rather than against a single fixed deliverable. This is the typical model for SaaS products, ongoing platform development, and any engagement where the roadmap extends well past the first release. Team composition can flex as your priorities shift, agreed with your project lead rather than requiring a formal renegotiation for every adjustment.
Staff augmentation
Staff augmentation suits companies that already have a development team and need specific skills added to it — see hire developers for the full detail on rates by stack, minimum terms, and how a hired developer joins your existing repository and process. This model has no discovery phase in the traditional sense, since you already have the process; onboarding is about the specific engineer or team learning your codebase and conventions.
What's included and excluded
Every fixed-scope and dedicated-team quote includes the work itself, project management, and a defined support window after launch. It typically excludes third-party subscription costs (a payment gateway's transaction fees, a hosting provider's monthly charge, an SMS provider's per-message cost), domain registration, and ongoing content writing beyond what is scoped as part of a content marketing retainer. These are billed directly by the relevant provider or scoped as separate, clearly priced line items, not folded invisibly into our fee.
Discovery fee and its credit
For projects where requirements are not yet clear enough to scope confidently, we run a paid discovery engagement rather than guess at a number and risk a poor scope later. If you proceed to the build with us after discovery, the discovery fee is credited in full against the project cost — you are not paying twice for the same work. If you choose not to proceed, or take the scope document to another team, you keep the discovery deliverable; we do not treat it as work owed back to us.
Payment milestones
Fixed-scope projects are typically billed in milestones tied to sprint deliverables or project phases, agreed during the proposal stage — commonly an upfront portion at signing, progress payments tied to specific deliverables, and a final payment at launch. Dedicated-team and staff-augmentation engagements bill monthly in advance. We do not require full payment upfront for a project that has not yet been built, and we do not deliver a completed project without payment milestones having been met along the way.

Currencies
We invoice in INR for Indian clients, GBP for UK clients, AED for UAE clients, AUD for Australian clients, and USD or EUR where that better matches a client's own accounting — agreed during the proposal stage so there is no ambiguity about currency risk once the engagement begins.
